Orthodontic treatments with clear aligners have become extremely popular! Dr. Carbone uses the company Invisalign© when providing her clear aligner treatments. There are many benefits to this technique, the most obvious one being esthetics. The aligners are transparent, and less visible than traditional braces. The aligners can also be removed when eating and brushing your teeth, which makes it easier to maintain good oral hygiene. However, a clear aligner treatment is heavily reliant on the patient’s cooperation, since the aligners must be worn for the recommended amount of time for the best results.
